Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with investigative problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.

  • Experience driving cross-functional projects and alignments in large organizations, and working in technology companies.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

  • Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.

  • Ability to develop, understand, and execute business strategy.

  • Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and analysis skills.

Google Ads helps businesses globally digitize, find demand online, and grow. Part of this is unlocking how Google should engage with businesses across all the various Ads products and marketing can play a major part in helping these customers succeed.

In this role, you will be part of the team that drives Ads Marketing Strategy development, elevates business performance and drives results, owns strategic projects, and acts as a key thought partner to the Ads marketing leadership team. You'll work with other teams and collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product to solve issues, lead high priority projects and programs, and drive greater operational excellence.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,500-$132,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead/support strategy development for key Ads marketing functions. Drive operational components including budget management and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) setting and tracking.

  • Identify and execute strategic projects, defining Ads go-to-market strategy/executing cross-functional marketing initiatives. Collaborate across Google Ads Marketing cross-functional partners and regional marketing teams to support business strategy and execution, with a focus on global initiatives.

  • Serve as a key strategy and operations partner to drive annual and quarterly planning, and support OKR tracking and rationale. Help deliver critical marketing activation as needed.

  • Work with research and analytics to conduct data-driven analysis to support and make recommendations on investment.

  • Drive team's performance/identify opportunities to drive business growth and customer engagement. Improve operating efficiency by collaborating with process owners, and applying structured approach to operational processes.
