Business Operations Analyst Intern

Sales Operations

The Business Operations Analyst Intern plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. The intern will support sales outreach efforts, contribute to data acquisition, and ensure the integrity of CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales end-users, management, and executives to support targeting list requests and standard CRM data cleanup for the Americas Zone.

  • Field net new data requests with a clear understanding of objectives to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Support the internal team with data activities through SFDC, ZIDO, and LinkedIn.

  • Create and execute reports and dashboards in SFDC for managers, capturing essential data points.

  • Suggest solutions to business issues through system and data analysis.

  • Assist the user base with navigation and report creation using 3rd party data sources.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a university student graduating between 2025-2027

  • High-level proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.

  • Introductory knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Python, CRM platforms).

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and support various team needs.

The hourly range for this position is $22.00 to $50.00 for technical roles or $18.00 to $44.00 for non-technical positions. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
