Strategic Space Planner - Top Secret Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Strategic Space Planner to support a government program onsite in St. Louis, MO. The Strategic Space Planner will perform trader studies an assess traders between functionality and security risk management.

Must have an active Top Secret clearance (with SCI eligibility).

Responsibilities for the Strategic Space Planner:• Develop process improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts.• Recommend plans, design, reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, buildings, and facilities dedicated to the geospatial intelligence enterprise.• Support the government in establishing space planning goals and objectives, mission and vision statements, policy or requirements statements and documents, or operating concepts.• Complete strategic space utilization assessments.• Organize physical space and allocation planning to anticipate and respond to emerging mission requirements.• Conduct physical surveys of spaces and areas to determine occupancy and seat availability.

Required Qualifications for the Strategic Space Planner:• 7+ years; experience in space planning/management or a related field.• Experience as a primary author of mission and vision statements, policy or requirements statements or documents, or operating concepts.• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.• Experience briefing, organizing, and managing projects.• Must have an active Top Secret clearance (with SCI eligibility).

Desired Qualifications for the Strategic Space Planner:• Professional Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, or a related field.• Experience with the ARCHIBUS Integrated Workspace Management System (IWMS)• Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD for Design and Drafting; Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Architectural Design; and/or Certified Project Management Professional

Compensation for the Strategic Space Planner:

$90,000-120,000 depending on experience and degree
