Responsible for developing, and executing sourcing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives for both facility and project services; Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute initiatives, manage supplier relationships as it relates to administrative and operational activities and issues. Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio.
Interface with the client and the account team to understand and clarify service delivery requirements, including contractual service levels, insurance requirements, response times and technical qualifications of key suppliers.
Administer and maintain contract files to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and client requirements by managing supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents
Manage databases, performs market and spend analytics, and model potential outcomes in order to develop professional solutions and recommendations and to drive cost savings and supply base efficiencies
Represent Sourcing to ensure contracts and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio
Participate in the development of sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and contract execution process as well as drive efficiency through continuous process improvement and creative cost savings initiatives
Support the Mergers & Acquisitions team with contract transfers adopted through M&A activity
Be proactive and seek continuous process improvement
Develop, implement and maintain a supplier diversity program in accordance with client and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings
Analyze supplier proposals, financial reports and other data to determine the reasonability of price and supplier's capabilities
Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our suppliers. Support reporting of results and opportunities
Provide management, detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid, contract processes, and sourcing initiatives. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations
Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management
Closely participate in and with the Client and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing and Facility Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the Client
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management and 5+ years of sourcing experience, preferred
Experience supporting facilities services outsourcing, including critical environments and data centers, through procuring goods and services
Experience preparing and managing the RFP Process and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers, for both goods and services

Excellent Inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, proven ability to work within teams in a decentralized environment
Motivated to grow and perform in a high performance organization
Experience in Facility Operations support and workflows
Hands-on role requiring willingness and ability to be both the strategist and tactician
Expertise in Sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Proven ability to deliver results, including cost savings, while maintaining contractual service levels
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
