Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

This position will help shape and transform TPCOE sourcing and contracting processes as the organization builds toward its new Target Operating Model. As a Process Owner and Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for process improvement/(re)design, building technology requirements to enable the process changes and introducing changes to a distributed team of Strategic Sourcing Consultants. Your primary responsibilities will involve working with other SMEs to design processes, procedures and controls, and creating implementation plans to enable deployment of new programs and initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for chairing a Change Management Advisory Council and facilitating training sessions on a regular cadence.

The position will report into the Enabling Capabilities

  • Contract Controls Manager within the Supply Chain/Third Party Center of Excellence. Position must be based out of posted locations, remote applicants will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads or participates in cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity, primarily focused on managing third party contract risk. Examples might include, but are not limited to, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, or general program oversight.

  • Analyzes current processes, identifying procedural and control deficiencies and recommending solutions.

  • Drafts and maintains procedural documentation to support change initiatives.

  • Provides leadership during the implementation of new programs and change initiatives through training, communication and ongoing program support, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.

  • Chairs an advisory committee to review change management initiatives and set priorities.

  • Manages process design or process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment to strengthen controls and improve efficiency. Process design may include introducing new or enhanced tools and technology or significant change to current structure.

  • Works on complex problems involving multiple, possibly competing, business processes to identify risks/ impacts/ opportunities where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking, and problem solving skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience

  • 2+ years of change management experience

  • 2+ years of process design or improvement experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team web content

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of sourcing and contracting processes within Wells Fargo

  • Experience conducting training events and introducing new programs

  • Experience drafting and maintaining procedures and other process documentation and artifacts.

  • Experience with the eSourcing and TRIMS applications
