The Strategic Sourcing Analyst supports assigned category team(s) with strategic sourcing initiatives, spend analytics, preparation of category reviews and supplier scorecards, and reporting activities related to capacity, cost, risk, and supplier performance management. May support other strategic sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives as required. Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing Initiatives Supports assigned category team(s) with preparing RFx packages Supports analysis of RFx responses from suppliers May conduct market research May support implementation of sourcing or supplier-related projects Spend Analytics Completes routine spend analysis for assigned category team(s), including preparing market maps and summarizing key trends for category leads Ensures accuracy of master data related to commodity classifications for designated category team(s) Conducts ad hoc spend analysis, including at the part, supplier, and sub-commodity level Category Reviews Supports assigned category team(s) with preparing annual category reviews as well as quarterly checkpoints Monitors key sources of commodity intelligence for assigned categories Reporting Management Capacity: complete capacity data reviews for assigned category team(s) to ensure data is accurate and complete Cost: support assigned category team(s) with tracking purchase price variance; may assist with cutover management planning; support identifying new cost reduction opportunities Risk: support administration of SCRM tool to ensure accuracy of data for assigned category team(s); may support specific risk mitigation projects Supplier Performance: supports preparation of supplier scorecards and supplier business reviews Contracts: may provide contract administration support Supports ad hoc strategic sourcing initiatives as required, which could include supporting IT/automation enhancements and testing, documenting processes, supporting compliance related requirements, conducting ad hoc supply chain analysis, and generating data visualizations or leadership-level presentations Identify continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications Skills, Experience, Education, & Training: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 1-3 years of experience in a relevant supply chain, finance, or operations role. Prior exposure to manufacturing and/or direct materials supply chain environment preferred.

Certifications: CPSM, CPIM, and/or PMP certifications are a plus Significant computer experience including MS Office products and ERP systems, preferably SAP and Agile. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and manage assigned projects successfully and autonomously Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills. Excellent capabilities in building management level presentations as well as creating narrative explanations using quantitative information.

Demonstrated concern for precision and thoroughness. Proactive thinking and problem-solving skills.
