You'll be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture that delivers results. You are comfortable communicating with all different types of individuals and are able to develop trusted relationships at a high, executive levels, focusing on the strategic nature of the partnership. A challenge inspires you, rather than intimidates you, and you aren't afraid of setting accelerated goals to drive you to succeed. Responsible for upselling and driving additional business into the install base
Run all maintenance and subscription renewals for Enterprise and Commercial accounts
Quote generation, including creation of coterminous quotes
Upsell to multiyear renewals by positioning value to customer
Diligent follow up with Federal Sales team: Sales Managers, Inside Sales, channel partners and end users to bring in renewals before expiration
Submit accurate and timely forecast through Salesforce.com
Work within existing renewals and customer install base while cross collaborating with all entities to drive process and best practices
3+ Years' experience in Renewal Sales
Ability to accurately forecast the business
Shown track record of achieving sales goals
Enthusiastic, driven and confident: ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company's mission, product and business opportunity
Ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills
Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
