The Strategic Reimbursement Analyst will be responsible for managing and providing reimbursement expertise for Medicare, Medicaid, and other third party payor contracts for OSF Healthcare. This role will perform analysis on reimbursement impact of various initiatives, legislative impact analysis, and strategic pricing, among other areas.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance or Business.
4 years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
Must understand healthcare operations, reimbursement and operational regulations.
Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc.
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance, reimbursement, cost reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning in an integrated healthcare environment.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must possess strong analytical abilities.
Must ascribe to and represent Catholic Religious Ethics, Values, and Principles as they relate to the practice of Catholic healthcare.
CPA or CMA preferred.
