As the Strategic Product Advisor you will collaborate cross functionally with the Product teams, Account Management, Clinical Ops and other internal partners to Design, Implement, and set standards for large scale Product and Program implementations. You will represent the Commercial Benefits Operations team by advising of standard methodologies and operational processes to achieve the goals of the Benefits teams as well as the Product teams, while ensuring quality. Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
Supporting projects and developing the operational strategy for implementing these projects, data analysis, and working with the training team to document product setup.
Communicating and capturing processes that are inclusive of risk mitigation for both immediate and downstream impacts that are accurate and understandable to our clients, internal partners and our Benefits organization
Determining timelines, making commitments on behalf of the organization, and delivery to landmarks, as well as providing timely status updates to leadership
Closing gaps related to CVSH enterprise issues, making decisions based on findings and implementing improvements within our process, procedures and standards
Defining business rules related to the products that are being supported.
To be successful you will bring with you the ability to build and manage to a project plan and timeline that covers estimates, requirements, downstream design impact, deployment, and tracking, as well as strong data analysis skills. You will be able to assist senior level managers to ensure operational excellence in the launch and tracking of our projects, while delivering the desired results within the agreed time frame and budget.
Proficient Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce
Ability to align, manage, and track change across multiple individuals with strong project management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex, and diverse team
Strong consultative guidance in how internal operations align with client benefits
Healthcare industry knowledge
Advanced Excel and Access Database experience
Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
