This role is for an entry-level analyst on the Strategy and Business Operations team in Hospitality Solutions.Candidates will have an opportunity to support core functions across the SHS organization such as Service & Delivery, Sales Operations, Product, Development, and Strategy.
This position provides entry-level talent with rigorous, and high impact work to accelerate their personal and professional development. It also provides a unique opportunity for analysts to build foundational business knowledge and drive decisions through financial modeling, strategic framing & analysis, opportunity identification and more. As an analyst, you'll learn, be stretched, and grow at an incredible pace.
Responsibilities for this role will be split roughly 50/50 with dedicated partnership with one of the core functions listed above and project based work. As a dedicated partner, you will be required to work closely with SHS leaders on supporting the operational needs of his/her respective organization, including KPI creation and measurement, resource planning, forecasting and budgeting.Project based work includes (but is not limited to) cross functional financial modeling, product strategy and corporate strategy analysis, market sizing, and process improvement.

Understand and provide analysis on business value drivers, customers and operational metrics, identifying and recommending key areas of opportunities
Support strategic projects that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives across multiple business lines
Develop financial & operational dashboards to monitor business line performance to drive product and/or sales strategic business decisions
Drive financial planning and quarterly business reviews with the business leaders
Actively pursuing B.S. / B.A. in finance, business, accounting, economics, statistics, engineering, mathematics, operations research or other quantitative majors graduating after August 2020
Analytical & problem solving: Ability to create structured quantitative / qualitative analyses & solve complex problems
Leadership & communication: Demonstrated leadership DNA with strong oral and written communication skills
High-energy, team-first, positive attitude: Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced & entrepreneurial environment
