JOB SUMMARY: Assists Planning and Analysis department withpreparation of property plans, budgets, and a variety of ad-hoc financialanalysis and performs other administrative duties as needed.

JOBFUNCTIONS:

  • Preparation andanalysis of property budgets including capital, strategic and operational plans.

  • Maintains files& assists in analysis of statistical, financial and economic data.

  • Reports onbusiness conditions and identifies trends in the gaming and recreationindustries.

  • Preparesoperating and marketing reviews for operation's management.

  • Preparesforecasting models and reports specifying results.

  • Preparesestablished/recurring analysis to quantify the impact of casino activities.

  • Ensures timelyand accurate completion of assigned analysis.

  • Be aparticipative member of the team by volunteering and being involved inprojects, committees, and task forces by providing input and suggestions.

  • Contribute to theimprovement of the business with ideas.

  • Facilitateschange efforts within the department and the casino.

  • Works with otherdepartments for the overall good of the casino.

  • Derive implications from very large data sets, distilldata, and create visually pleasing presentations.

  • Adheres to regulatory, departmental and companypolicies in an ethical manner

EDUCATION AND/OREXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degreefrom a top-tier program in one of the following areas or in an equivalenttechnical field: Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics,Revenue or Hotel Management, Business, Accounting.

  • Relevant workexperience in financial analysis, marketing, operations analysis, or the gamingindustry preferred but not required.

  • Must be technicallyskilled and have experience using data analysis tools including Windows and MSOffice products.

  • Must be able toquickly learn relevant industry database applications and software

  • Experience with

Hyperion Essbase and Microsoft Access preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to execute complex formulas and pivot tablesusing Microsoft Excel.

  • Must have the abilityto train quickly in other software programs.

  • Must be able to think critically and possess strongstatistical, financial, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to workindependently, be detailed and results oriented, have excellent time managementskills, and able to work collaboratively with others.

  • Must have goodunderstanding of the general makeup of financial statements; familiarity withgeneral financial principles.

  • Be proactive withincidents and issues ensuring resolution with employees.

  • Must have theability to communicate complex ideas to co-workers and internal clients; strongwriting and communication skills

  • Must be able tomanage numerous projects simultaneously at various stages of development

VIEW JOBS 1/11/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-11T00:00 JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to manage the development and implementation of a company-wide strategic procurement platform for maintenance, repair and operation (MRO) service and supply contracts, capital expenditures and corporate purchases, with an overall objective of aggregating and leveraging purchasing power, increasing operational efficiency, and increasing profitability. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, plans, organizes and implements national/regional contracting and procurement strategies and programs to increase operational efficiency and profitability. Develops standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFP documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria. Manages the supplier/contractor certification process including review of requisite experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities. Prepares and maintain contracts with national/regional service providers in accordance with company standards. Develops, manages, coordinates global sourcing processes and practices with internal stakeholders. Develops and manages relationships with national/regional suppliers and contractors and assist in contract negotiations Establishes requirements for and ensure the integrity of centralized procurement database systems. Serves as key point of contact for utilization management and coordination with outside procurement/e-procurement solutions. Participates on behalf of the company in approved or sponsored procurement organizations or related initiatives. Develops training programs and assists in training employees in company-wide procurement procedures. Develops company-wide policies and procedures, playbooks and other organizational materials with respect to national/regional procurement. Other duties may be assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.
