Anser Advisory is looking for a Strategic Planning Analyst to join their team. This position will provide analytical support within the SPS team providing direct support to Business Relationship Managers (BRMs).

Job Duties

• Collaborate with other CRE groups, third party vendors and contractors to gather, analyze and develop project cost estimates and timelines for prosed projects.

• Assist BRMs in developing short and long-term space occupancy requirements, identify facility related problems, strategic solutions, and document business requirements for their assigned organizational clients. Support the Long-Range Strategic Plan and General Rate Case preparation by gathering project data, researching industry trends thru benchmarking and report drafting.

• Collaborate/participate in occupancy management and large move planning projects across non-electric facilities that house employees.

• Provide analytical support to BRMs performing occupancy research, gather project cost data, develop project timelines, gather client business requirements, and project justification. Support the drafting of the executive level presentations and project initiation documents (PIDs) for project approvals in PowerPoint and Word.

• Assist in space occupancy management planning, reconciliation of short-term occupancy plans including swing space and emergent occupancy mitigation options related to large moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in related real estate or strategic planning and project management specialty fields.

• Certifications or memberships from one of the following professional organizations: PMI, BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet Global.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in an internal CRE environment particularly strategic portfolio and occupancy planning
