Job Description:

MuteSix is seeking a well-connected, Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead our partnership efforts and drive collaboration with MuteSix! The ideal candidate has existing and relevant network connections in the e-commerce and digital marketing space. We are looking for a leader that can elevate our existing practices, establish strategic direction, and inspire others to deliver desired results.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, build and manage MuteSix's relationships with key e-commerce partners to promote joint offerings and to execute co-marketing activities

  • Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners and match these with the range of services of MuteSix to create and maximize new business opportunities

  • Identify top strategic opportunities for MuteSix to partner in high-profile events, conferences and thought leadership to amplify our brand and mission

  • Support MuteSix in research, identification, and segmentation of business opportunities regarding strategic partners

  • Build and maintain a professional network; promote MuteSix and our services to potential business partners

  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals and performance metrics are met

  • Deliver satisfied client relationships that result in references and renewals; monitor the success of each account and manage client relationships by advising on our services

  • Stay informed of industry news, innovations, trends and best practices

You will: * Lead the strategy and business operations of pharmacy services for all of UC Health and the LSfV team to meet organizational priorities * Manage the development of market analysis, business intelligence, and data analytics * Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, including expansions and new services * Improve the profitability and sustainability of current and future pharmacy services * Lead payor/pharmaceutical contracting and the development of an organizational PBM * Partner with pharmacy staff, executive leadership, and other internal and external business partners to grow pharmacy services across the enterprise Key responsibilities for this position will include: Strategic Initiatives Planning & Implementation * Develop long-range strategic plans and objectives by identifying strategic opportunities for business growth and profitability * Execute strategic initiatives by creating work plans, gathering data, driving analyses, and developing actionable recommendations Business Intelligence & Analytics * Help develop and manage strategic functions, including market analysis, business intelligence and data analytics * Oversee business development, program management, financial planning/reporting and savings reduction initiatives Project Management * Manage multiple pharmacy projects/tasks to meet goals/timelines * Procure necessary resources from multiple departments across affiliate organizations to accomplish project tasks * Complete projects efficiently and effectively Stakeholder & Partnership Engagement * Lead the pharmacy services department across multiple enterprises in launching high-priority strategic initiatives * Collaborate with leadership, executives, and stakeholders * Work with self-funded plan, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, employer groups, government, and other third-party programs to implement an innovative pharmacy benefit (PBM/PBA) solution to gain access to payer networks Qualifications We're seeking an exceptional self-directed professional with: * Related Bachelor's degree * Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, law, engineering or related field preferred * Previous strategic initiative, merger & acquisition, or business consulting experience at a large organization * Business savvy and excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills * Ability to successfully interface with diverse personalities * Sound judgment and ability to evaluate complex situations * Demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and analyze/interpret data to draw data-driven insights and conclusions * Effective time management and organizational skills to identify, prioritize and reach goals and objectives, cope with multiple demands in a timely manner, and overcome changing priorities * Commitment to cultural diversity and inclusion with a passion for innovative recruitment and retention strategies focused on building a diverse workforce UCLA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
