The Opportunity

Reporting up to the Chief Growth Officer, the Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Analyst will be responsible for driving partnerships, alliances, and strategic initiatives to accelerate Qurate Retail Group's growth and market presence. Additionally, you will play a key support role in Qurate's trajectory, by leading the identification of new revenue streams and investment opportunities to fuel Qurate's expansion and success, and fortify our market presence as the largest player in vCommerce.

You will define our partnerships & alliances strategy, develop relationships and opportunities, negotiate new collaboration deals with partners, and influence them to develop, support, or adopt new QRG offerings, products and services.

Your Impact

  • Execute the strategic partnerships & alliances, corporate business development, and investment strategy aligned with QRG's growth objectives and market trends.

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities that enhance QRG's offerings, market reach, and competitive position.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key partners, including technology partners, system integrators, agencies, and industry associations, to drive collaboration and mutual success.

  • Work with key internal partners (Finance, Legal, Procurement, etc.) to negotiate and structure partnership agreements, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances to maximize value for QRG and its partners.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives, including product integrations, joint marketing programs, and co-selling activities.

  • Deliver thought leadership and industry engagement initiatives to position QRG as a leader in video commerce innovation and development.

  • Identify and explore potential new revenue streams and business opportunities, including potential investments or acquisitions, to support QRG's growth objectives and product priorities.

  • Review of inbound opportunities and start developing outbounds for strategic acquisitions.

  • Develop diligence playbooks both surface level and deep dives, running cross departmental workstreams to execute on this.

What You Bring

  • MBA preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, corporate development, business development or investment roles.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to adapt to change and ambiguity.

  • Understands the business impact of different solutions, and can assess the trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements and costs.

  • Financial & commercial acumen.

  • Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity.

  • Ability to earn the trust of all leads within the organization, including senior leaders.

For New York City based roles only: The annual gross base salary range for this position is $95,500 - $172,500. Salary ranges are general guideline only, and actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and geographic location as well as business and market conditions.
