Partner Development Manager
We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to help build and scale Adyen's partner ecosystem. Partners are critical to Adyen's success as we continue to impact the global market. With both business and product acumen, you will identify, develop, nurture, and maintain many of Adyen's key partnerships. They will work hand in hand with partners to develop a robust integration with Adyen while establishing an optimized customer engagement process.
What you'll do
Be the partners go-to payment expert and consultant
Identify, build, and maintain partnerships that result in scalable and easy access for customers to the Adyen platform.
Establish, negotiate, and execute long term partner agreements.
Scope, define, implement, and operationalize partnership engagements.
Manage partnerships to review success factors and hold periodic meetings to discuss sales & marketing strategies, lead-gen, and new products / features.
Help build partner product integrations.
Serve as the point of escalation for partners as needed.
Who you are
Direct experience working in Partnerships/Channel with point of sale platforms such as Agilysys, Infor, and Oracle.
Experience with retail, hospitality, and/or F&B systems
Know-how of unified/omnichannel customer journeys and its enablement
A keen networker with an outgoing and relational disposition
Experience working in collaborative environment, with in-house teams and 3rd party systems integrators to scope and manage integration projects
Strong analytical and communication skills
Up to 7 years work experience in payments industry and/or point of sale platforms
Education: Undergraduate degree; MBA a plus
