Job Description

Engagements with Strategic Eco-System Partners play an integral role at ADI that enable our customers to get to market more quickly and make our field teams more effective and efficient. We are looking for bold, highly driven, self-starters, strategic thinkers with outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to join the Strategic Partnerships Team.

The Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for working with key semi-conductor eco-system partners, and strategic design house partners. Primary goals include:

  • Get ADI solutions designed in on key reference design boards and development platforms. Leverage ADI's focus technologies from all BUs and TGs. Target applications include Data Center, Automotive, Communications & Networking, and Industrial.

  • Assure that our semi-conductor partners and strategic design house partners receive Tier 1 level support.

  • Prioritize and coordinate all necessary resources from within the Strategic Partnerships Team, Factory Applications, BUs and TGs, and Local Field Teams as needed. This includes but is not limited to technical, marketing, sales, and order management resources.

  • Work closely with key teams at the semi-conductor partners to understand requirements for their next generation products (GPUs, CPUs, FPGAs, Switches, etc.) in a timely manner so that ADI can strategically align our product development efforts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and develop relationships across engineering, marketing, sales, and as needed C-level contacts at partners.

  • Identify and evaluate high-priority partners, opportunities/projects.

  • Build, and execute strategies to proactively position ADI on key reference designs and development platforms.

  • You will be the internal champion and advocate for our semi-conductor eco-system partners.

  • Strong collaboration skills; ability to identify and partner with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. An ability to understand and work with organizations at the local, regional and, in some cases, global levels is also essential.

  • The Strategic Partner Manager will collaborate, strategize, and work very closely with the Strategic Application Engineer to support key goals and efforts.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Communicates professionally and in a timely manner.

  • Conducts business with a sense of urgency and has a strong desire to win.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, in a sales, product marketing, or business development role.

  • Minimum of BA/BS degree.

  • Willing to travel (up to 15%).

  • Previous experience at, or understanding, of FPGA, CPU, GPU technologies/companies is a plus.

  • Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State
