Drive strategy development and commercialization of key programs, new applications and business model / value chain plays, as well as digital/software offerings
Develop / enhance robust strategies and business case by: a) understanding market trends and drivers; b) defining customer needs and value of meeting those needs vs competition; c) segmenting customers and focusing on target segments; d) articulating the marketing strategy for the target segment; e) provides financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.Drive execution of projects with clear results and contributions to the bottom line, including metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of strategic alliances.Partner with segment leaders (in the US, Asia and Europe) and functional leaders to effectively implement the strategies.Work closely with business and technology leaders and other functions in execution of the strategy.Inform and contribute to the 5-year strategic planning process, considering total available markets, serviceable available markets, and serviceable obtainable markets.Help generate new ideas/ opportunities to grow.Manage the portfolio of growth opportunities, to ensure focus and effective implementation.Become the expert on functional marketing skills, e.g., voice of customer, segmentation, market research, pricing and value propositions etc.Identify and evaluate inorganic growth strategies including acquisitions, alliance, licensing, and partnership opportunities linked to the strategic plan.Present recommendations to the business leadership teams. The successful candidate will be expected to be a high-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts.

BA, BS in Marketing or related field; MBA10+ years senior level Strategic Marketing experience in healthcare
Demonstrated leadership portfolio
Strong strategic marketing skills
Well-developed understanding of/experience with market segmentation
Successfully launched new products into new market segment
Prior role in strategic planning process
Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones
Excellent written/oral communication, including presentation skills and strong negotiation abilities
