Job OverviewServe as a team member of the global product and marketing organizations

Track and analyze current product performance including win-loss analysis

Collect, analyze and triangulate market data from internal data, expert/feet on the street, third party databases, off the shelf market research reports, earnings calls, and analyst reports

Create and maintain accessible and actionable tools and reports around market intelligence, competition, market trends, etc.Research customers opinions, buying habits, preferences and wants/needsStudy the competitions prices, sales numbers, deal tactics and methods of marketing and distribution

Create and evaluate methods for amassing data, including surveys, interviews, questionnaires and opinion polls

Develop tactics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing, advertising and communications programs

Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends; highlight opportunities for new initiatives and promotions

Convert complex data findings into text, tables, graphs and data visualizations and targeting

Partner with internal business and functional leaders to present clear reports to clients and management

Participate with the product team on roadmap planning and 5-year business plans providing input to the process based on both current product performance and market insights

Work with Sales to provide regularly scheduled competitor training including insights needed to differentiate our offerings and close opportunities

Build segmentation tools for sales, marketing and product management" id="hdnJobOverview" />The Strategic Market Analyst is responsible for monitoring and interpreting the external market and current product results to drive and support the strategic objectives of the business. This is accomplished through analysis of current product results and current marketing conditions, trends, competition, market share and other analysis.

This role will also collaborate with product, marketing and sales leaders to build analytics and insights to power our commercial strategy. Expected Capabilities:Serve as a team member of the global product and marketing organizations

1+ years of healthcare industry experience

Expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and SharePoint
