Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that helps consumers and providers make meaningful connections.
This role will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Strategic Implementation with implementing Analytics tags, auditing tags, troubleshooting existing configurations and monitoring tag health via Analytics data across the Healthgrades Life Sciences Division product suite. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital analytics with experience using tag debugging tools, web analytics platforms, analyzing data and building dashboards based on key performance indicators to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Atlanta office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and design analytics solutions that align with business goals.
Conduct proactive audits of website tracking technology.
Participate in QA and deployment processes.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring Healthgrades advertising product data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare and present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience
1-3 years experience working in analytics, preferably product experience
Experience with at least one analytics platform (such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) is required
Proficient in SQL and Excel
Experience in data visualization tools preferred
Strong communication skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented
Ability to tell stories with data, educate and motivate stakeholders to act on recommendations
Ability to think logically with excellent problem-solving skills
Proactive and inquisitive rather than reactive
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
Starting Salary: $81,000 - $115,000
Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
