The Deal Desk Analyst will be part of the Sales Operations team as the point person responsible for the day to day operational support of the Strategic Growth (sales) team. This person will be the voice & personality behind building and managing a world class support system to help enable sales excellence across process, systems, and business reporting.

This person will own the Sales Operations customer service function and ensure that our Strategic Growth team is equipped to generate net-new revenue effectively.

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, and will be comfortable working and communicating with multiple business and technical teams.

At Compass, You Will:

  • Lead all sales support nationally for a team of 60+ salespeople

  • Partner with our sales team work through offer strategy & deal construction

  • Create a brand new support system to help our sales team achieve their objectives

  • Serve as concierge to effectively field incoming requests from our Strategic Growth Team and use a solutions-driven mindset to expediently resolve requests

  • Collaborate on vital strategic planning & execution with sales & growth leadership

  • Constantly iterate and improve our sales support processes and effectively keep the organization abreast of improvements

  • Supplement trainings on Salesforce, sales processes & best practices, as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • B.A. or B.S.

  • 2-3 years of sales support experience

  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Continuous desire to improve existing processes

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task & handle multiple deadlines simultaneously

Job Title Senior Consultant, Strategic Program Management, Strategic Growth Mastercard is uniquely positioned to drive positive change in the world, bringing to under-served people access to financial and other resources. As the Strategic Program Manager of Strategic Growth initiatives, this role can truly change lives. The Strategic Program Management (SPM) organization is responsible to develop and manage technology product roadmaps for all O&T product lines across Mastercard working closely with development and operations teams and product and regional counterparts. SPM's will also obsess about defining, measuring and communicating the value of our technology investments to our business and technology partners. This team will further embed the Technology Business Management (TBM) discipline across the company to ensure we are making business-based decisions around our solutions and investments. SPM's will also own demand intake and prioritization, investment management, capacity planning and supporting development teams with program governance and release planning. Role * Lead and manage overall TBM process including technology program roadmaps, demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning with a "strategic lens" in conjunction with our product, regional, and technology partners. * Measure and highlight key KPI's to demonstrate the value created by investments in operations and technology across all programs, including operational health. * Manage the portfolio cost and make recommendations to senior leadership and business partners on how to reprioritize/optimize the portfolio. * Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and financial forecasts (annual and quarterly) within and across all programs to drive overall delivery goals of Better, Cheaper, and Faster. * Manage program governance across compliance, audit, security and risk processes in partnership with Business Operations and development partners. * Work with business partners to align and prioritize business and technology roadmaps and develop solutions to future business opportunities by helping to define economic measures and supporting business cases. * Work with technology and operations partners to drive the quality, health and throughput of our platforms and our engineering organization. All About You * Demonstrated experience bringing new capabilities to market, improving operations, and driving change management. * Strong knowledge and experience in digital payments, the mobile and/or ecommerce market and technologies. * Expertise in the areas of strategy, planning and project management required. * Strong business leadership, technology acumen, and an ability to influence at all levels. * High degree of independent leadership, critical thinking, communication, accountability, analytical and teamwork skills. * The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while being flexible and able to handle rapidly-changing scenarios; someone who sees 'ambiguity' as an opportunity rather than a hurdle. * Technology Business Management (TBM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Apptio experience preferred. * Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills. * Advanced leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships.
