As a manager on the Market Expansion and Measurement team, you'll be responsible for helping grow Adobe's Digital Media business, representing over $7B in annual recurring revenue, through opportunity identification, marketing strategy, and measurement. To do this you'll work cross-functionally, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Data Science to identify growth countries, propose marketing tests, and measure and optimize marketing investment. You'll present your insights to business executives, advising them on strategic investments to make going forward.
Our team was formed in early 2019 with the goal of fast-growing into untapped tier 2 and 3 countries to drive new revenue growth for the Creative Cloud business. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic market research with marketing analytics to craft Adobe's framework for market entry and expansion.
What you'll do:
Oversee a specific geographic region, own a marketing budget, and indirectly lead a diverse group of partners
Identify high-potential growth countries using market research, marketing metrics, and business insights
Develop growth minded market entry and expansion strategies across site, product, content, and marketing channels to drive aggressive year-over-year revenue growth
Demonstrate data science models to identify new use cases to optimize marketing investment
Oversee cross-functional execution of marketing strategies by collaborating with internal teams and outside agencies
Measure marketing's return on investment and build summary reports to communicate results and next steps
What you need to succeed:
5+ years of consulting, finance, strategy, or marketing analytics experience
MBA or Masters degree in an analytical field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate strategy and insights at every level of the company
Strong analytical skills including experience defining and using relevant metrics (e.g., CAC, return on investment, etc.), and experience performing data analysis to identify trends and measure impact
Experience in cross-platform marketing (mobile, desktop) preferred
Track record of leading change and implementing new initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and part of a geographically diverse team and building cooperative relationships
Motivated and intellectually curious individual who is ready to dig into data, pay high attention to detail, and develop solutions to problems
International work experience preferred
Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
