Join a team of commercial finance professionals to support Working Capital improvement for PMT. You will be a part of the PMT Finance team directly supporting PMT's Working Capital Leader to drive balance sheet and cash flow improvements by working cross-functionally with business, supply chain and procurement teams to assess opportunities, develop solutions and implement initiatives across Accounts Payable, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Advances and Unbilled Receivables. You will also have the opportunity to prepare financial reports and variance analysis as well as compile and deliver presentations to PMT leadership on a regular basis.
Make an impact on financial performance, specifically the balance sheet and cash flow of the business.
Execute strategies to achieve committed performance.
Improve management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in financial modeling and data driven financial analysis (NPV, IRR, etc)
Strong level of financial and business acumen to be able to drive results for breadth of initiatives
High level of critical thinking to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions
Work closely with business units and functional teams to gain insight into performance drivers and identify the impact of these key drivers on results and subsequent forecasts
Ability to present complex analysis with clarity
Driving one or more improvement initiatives and delivered financial results
Working across functions
Some relevant experience in similar positions
Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or CPA
Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business
Good oral and written communication
