The Department of Economic Security Department of Technology Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Engagement Manager (SR Business Analyst). This position will work as a liaison between the Division of Technology Services and other Divisions within the Department of Economic Security including internal and external stakeholders and customers. This position will work as an analyst involved in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems. The person in this position will interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. The person in this position will gather information, data and documents to document, and analyze business needs and requirements.

Licenses and Certifications:
Employee shall obtain and maintain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card that meets DES requirements for a Level One card pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 41-1969.
If the position is required to drive on state business, the position will require the possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12).
Requires a bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience in business analysis (or equivalent experience).
Prefer 5+ years of relevant engagement/project management experience, in a professional services environment.
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification - Lean or Six-sigma certification.
Successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify), applicable to all newly hired state employees
Successfully pass background and reference checks; employment is contingent upon completion of the above-mentioned process and the agency's ability to reasonably accommodate any restrictions.
