We equip leadership with internal key performance indicators and external market data, and provide analysis to support decision-making and business strategy.
Our strategic priorities are to enable the President to effectively communicate our business status and objectives, transform our culture, position the company as the engine and employer of choice, and to meet shareholder expectations. Our deliverables are used by the President at Board of Directors meetings, Analysts and Investors events, OMMs, Air Shows, Media / customer / supplier / VIP sessions, and employee / Business Unit gatherings at the highest level of the company and corporation.
