Assist Executive management in all aspects of business. Manage projects to achieve financial targets, including planning, project management, auditing and reporting. Support Management in operational efficiency and compliance. Play a key role in developing, managing and executing strategic projects.
Manage or contribute to special projects, including company-wide strategic programs and assist in the development and execution of BTO strategies to maximize efficiencies and profitable growth. (50%)
Prepare business communications including project updates, presentations and other items for DSC, and others as requested. (25%)
Manage all aspects of DSC support, including forecasting, analyses and reporting. (10%)
Assist in monitoring of compliance to identify legal and financial risk. (10%)
Prepare and facilitate meetings as required, including staff meetings and town halls. (5%)
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of work experience. Preferred experience includes:

A Bachelors' Degree is required for this role. A Masters' Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:

Proficient computer skills including, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint -
Working knowledge of Cognos and Data Warehouse
Good understanding of the entire Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Organization (Collections, Client Service, Credit Risk Management, Residual Risk Management, MBF Marketing, Treasury, Controlling, and Remarketing)
Good understanding of brand partner and dealers' business operations as well as internal MBFS operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent relationship management and networking skills
Ability to work self-directed, independently and with high degree of accuracy
Effective time management, organizational and planning skills
