Our in-depth expertise in security engineering at the operating system level enables us to help government and commercial customers meet ever-evolving cyber security threats.Job Summary:Due to continued growth, Owl is hiring for a Strategic Business Operations Analyst. This newly created role will partner cross-functionally with leaders across Owl’s business to help Owl execute towards and hone its long-term strategic vision. The role will help Owl’s management team continue to evolve its understanding of Owl’s business model and recommend and implement strategic choices based on data-driven decisions. The goal of the role is to effectuate sustained performance and execution to the strategic plan. We encourage creative individuals with a strategic thinking mindset, and a passion for driving business growth and making a difference to apply.This role can be offered remotely within Eastern and Central time zones.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze financial and operational data to assess the performance of Owl’s business segments, offerings, and products.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Manage and recommend solutions to increase the usefulness of datasets used as part of financial modeling and business monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute on potential growth opportunities.
Develop, present, and implement strategic recommendations to senior management.
Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Education
- Bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Data Scientist or a related field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, data analytics, operations research, or a related role.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge and experience with data-warehousing and data-visualization solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Additional Competencies/Requirements
- Dues to Owl's Government contracts, U.S. Citizenship is required
