Develop, implement and execute a worldwide partner strategy across service partners and Global System Integrators
Provide leadership and direction for current and new partners to help ensure they meet business objectives and engages across lines of business to support integrated partner processes to build and drive explosive growth through and with partners
Build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages
Close partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential
Develop long-term vision and goals for company growth and partnerships
Produce high-quality leads through constant engagement with partners in terms of closing strategies and coordinate with internal resources to launch partner sales efforts
Meet and exceed partner influenced closed opportunity goals for revenue and order
Develop viable business plan to help ensure long-term goals are realized
A minimum of ten years of strategy, executive sales, marketing, or related professional experience where strategic vision and an orientation for outstanding execution have been essential to their demonstrated; preferably with legal software industry knowledge
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Contacts to create leverage, pipeline, sales at service partners within the Big 4, Google, Alibaba and other global SI's highly preferred
Strategic thinker with the ability to blend consulting and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
History of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships
Good knowledge of Salesforce technology and applications products/solutions, platform and SaaS
Ability to understand confidential strategies of the business and convert those strategies into partnering strategies
Demonstrable track record of successful bookings and of driving complex solution sales cycles from start to finish
Ability to travel as needed
