About the Job:
The Strategic Alliances Manager position is pivotal within the Channel & Alliances team, offering a compelling opportunity to expand Zone's partnerships in the market. We are seeking a skilled Stratecig Alliance Manager to cultivate new alliances within our ecosystem, enhance existing partnerships with NetSuite alliance partners, solution providers, and accounting firms. The role focuses on building robust relationships to boost Zone's brand presence and strategic positioning, driving growth and visibility in the global marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Referral Partners and VARs, ensuring alignment with internal teams such as Professional Services, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Support, and Sales for their success.
Coordinate with the Channel Professional Services Team to facilitate seamless project implementations, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure project success.
Evaluate and enhance existing partnerships with NetSuite Solution Providers, assessing resource capabilities, NetSuite expertise, vertical specializations, and leveraging these insights to expand Zone's apps marketplace exposure.
Drive lead generation and business opportunities through current partnerships, focusing on expansion app leads/opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with VC and PE Firms to promote Zone's expansion apps as preferred solutions for their portfolio companies.
Establish new partnerships across the NetSuite ecosystem, recruiting Zone Alliance Partners and Resellers domestically and internationally.
Collaborate with Zone's Marketing and Product teams to provide ongoing support for partnerships, including training, documentation, and materials for new opportunities and ongoing support initiatives.
