Strategic Clinical AccountManager
As a leading global manufacturer and supplier of scientific solutionsin the clinical and life sciences laboratory market, we are looking for aself-motivated, enthusiastic and dependable sales person to join our team as a Strategic Clinical Account Manager.With over 40 years of experience in providing unique and innovative solutions,Enzo is well positioned to help support diagnostic labs with the challengesthey face today.
Reporting tothe Director of Sales the candidate will:
Clinical Lab Services and Products, in both Clinical, Hospital and PhysicianOwned Labs.
Establishand develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel inassigned territory, and leverage these relationships to develop sales growthobjectives and strategic initiatives.
Prepare andpresent at industry conferences, trade shows and customer meetings.
Participatein joint planning and reporting processes with the Strategic Leadership Team todevelop and attain performance objectives, financial targets, and criticalmilestones.
Monitor andcommunicate on clinical lab industry developments, i.e. competitors, new technology,new test offerings, etc.
Collaboratewith Marketing team to build campaigns, generate leads and target messaging forkey strategic initiatives.
Assist and cooperatewith Territory Account Managers, Product Managers and Sales Support team, asnecessary, to develop key clinical accounts in the territory.
A Bachelor's degree required (PhD or M.S. preferred)
A sales background (min. 5 years) in the clinical and diagnostic labfield, with experience selling in small to mid-size clinical labs and/or largeclinical reference lab accounts.
Experience with Sales of Molecular Diagnostics, Anatomic Pathologyand/or Genomics is a plus.
Working from NY office or remote.
50-60% travel in US, primarily East Coast.
Valid Driver's Licence is required.
A motivated, goal-orientated individual who can workeffectively, both independently and as part of a team.
A professional outward appearance and attitude, withsuperior oral/written communication skills, including strong negotiationskills.
Strong interest in cell/molecular biology, withknowledge of drug discovery and development processes and platforms.
Proven ability to manage time effectively, respondquickly to changing priorities, and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
Possess problem-solving and analytical skills, withstrong computer proficiency.
