The Role

As a Strategic Account Manager at TraceLink, you will be responsible for managing our largest strategic customers in the Healthcare sector. Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement growth strategies for your region. You will build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and align your account's vision and priorities with TraceLink's products to achieve your renewal and upsell targets. Collaboration with the Marketing and Business Development teams will be crucial to coordinate your strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with a solutions consultant to present and demonstrate TraceLink's solutions, emphasizing the unique value of partnering with TraceLink.

Responsibilities

  • Define sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team and management.

  • Ensure high customer retention and plan for customer growth.

  • Renew existing customer relationships.

  • Handle customer requests to increase the retention rate.

  • Build and execute a sales plan to meet quarterly revenue targets.

  • Conduct customer-centric meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, both virtually and in person, with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Develop impactful proposals that highlight TraceLink's differentiated solutions, market leadership, and unique partnership value.

  • Create and execute a Demand Generation activities plan, leveraging support from the SDR and Marketing teams. You will take direct responsibility for executing and engaging in Demand Generation activities with your accounts.

  • Manage and document the sales pipeline, including forecasts, prospect details, current opportunities, and future planned activities.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise, and market feedback.
