This role places a high emphasis on customer satisfaction and ensures that a long-term relationship is maintained and developed through timely communication, providing relative and meaningful business reviews, and growing new business opportunities. Essential Functions: * Acts as a key leader on Account Management Team with direct responsibility for the delivery of CyrusOne's financial and strategic goals * Manages strategic accounts through initial design, onboarding, client advocacy and growth of programs and services * Identify customer's business needs, challenges and technical requirements and work with appropriate groups to identify and offer a CyrusOne solution * Meet overall team financial objective * Meet activity metrics as defined by senior leadership * Provide white glove service to assigned strategic accounts * Perform monthly, quarterly business reviews for each customer * Develop deep and wide relationships with customers to grow revenue and ensure satisfaction * Be thoroughly engaged in customer installations with Implementation Manager * Team with BDMs on strategic account marketing plans * Conduct customer formal cadence meetings, track, publish and follow up on outstanding issues * Develop, administer and execute customer contact (touch) program based on customer size, renewal date, and growth potential * 100% accuracy of Sales Force data * Administer Customer Satisfaction Surveys * Engage in contract renewals and additional orders for services * Assist with internal process training * Audit customer specific information to ensure accuracy and consistency * Retain customer services (MRC) - 100% of MRC * Ensure organic growth of contracted services - focused on smart hands, bandwidth - grow by 15% * Work with peers and with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Minimum Requirements: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong database and spreadsheet skills (i.e. Access, Excel) * Strong organizational skills * Ability to analyze data and processes * Strong project management skills * Ability to identify needs of potential clients and offer company-based solutions to provide a positive ROI * Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment * Ability to effectively use sales automation tools, applications software and equipment to manage the sales/service process * Strong customer relation management skills * Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including implementation best practices, systems analysis procedures, project techniques and practices * Prior experience working in the REIT industry is a plus Experience/Skills: This position requires at least 7 years' Sales and Major Account Management experience Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (equivalent work-related experience may be substituted for degree) is required. Certifications: None Physical and Mental requirements: Must be available for business travel as needed. Work environment: Work will be performed in variety of settings including office space and data center facilities. * The work performed in an office setting could include moderate office noise. * Data Center Environment can include varying temperatures and loud noises on minor occasions * Data Center Facilities can require long periods of standing/walking for practices such as customer tours or walk-throughs CyrusOne is an equal opportunity employer.
