BrightEdge is offering an opportunity for a savvy Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As the client's primary representative, you will coordinate with clients to plan, measure, and optimize their digital campaigns. To ensure customer success, you will confidently apply consulting and negotiating skills to confirm ROI and content performance, manage client goals and expectations, and secure upsell opportunities to grow your client's market presence.
Develop trusted relationships with decision makers in each agency account, understand their strategic goals, and develop plans to partner on these goals
Manage a high number of transactions with our current Agency clients and produce growth and adoption of our technology
Develop and execute strategy to grow use of the BrightEdge platform
Ensure that customers understand the value of BrightEdge market solutions to ensure campaign performance and protect ROI
Advise clients with anticipating future needs and trends, and recommending appropriate solutions
Work with Customer Success team to identify and develop new opportunities and strategies, perform according to sales forecasts and monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
What it Takes to be Successful
Experience: 3+ years quota carring sales experience within SaaS or digital marketing agency environment (Required)
Education: BA/BS Degree or higher (Required)
Passion for closing deals, managing accounts and developing relationships
Strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com or managing sales cycle through a CRM
Hard driving work ethic and high motivation for achievement
Experience selling Search Marketing technology or services preferred (but not required)
