The Opportunity

Were seeking talented sales professionals with sound business insight and natural sales instincts to join our growing sales team. Youll work as part of an extended sales team to drive revenue growth by prospecting and articulating the value of Onfido for businesses where Identity Verification is key.

You will be responsible for driving and closing landmark deals with the most innovative businesses in the world at a fast-growing technology company. With a culture that has our customer success at its core, we will provide you a comprehensive induction and onboarding to Onfido in our London HQ. On top of your own business development we provide a range of support functions, from internal sales support to highly skilled pre-sales solution engineers.

As a Strategic Account Executive at Onfido you will be involved in:

  • Business development - driving and owning the full end-to-end sales cycle from identifying prospective clients to closing business opportunities across a range of industry sectors.
  • Market research - prospecting and identifying leads, leveraging personal networks and working with Marketing and Inside Sales.
  • Pipeline management - leading all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of deals, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring and negotiation.
  • Community engagement - becoming a subject matter expert, able to expand your network by representing Onfido in your target industry sectors.

Requirements

Were looking for a Strategic Account Executive who has a combination of:

  • Extensive experience in solution/ technology selling in a fast paced and competitive market - managing and executing the end to end process
  • Experience in carrying a quota and hitting sales targets
  • Domain expertise in customer service or customer experience applications
  • Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement
  • Driven - You possess a strong desire to be successful
  • Disciplined skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities, strong business acumen
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders

Desirable skills:

  • Security/ IDV experience

This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to bring Classcraft to the US school and district marketplace.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should have a proven track record in business to business or institutional sales. We’re all very self-driven positive people and as a result, we’re seeking someone who’s equally down to give themselves to their work and excited to tackle challenges head-on. As an Account Executive, your primary goal will be generating sales of and driving demand for Classcraft solutions at schools &amp; districts in your territory. You will develop a territory plan and then execute it in order to exceed your monthly goals. You will be developing relationships with school and district administrators. The person in this role will report to the Head of Mid-Market Sales.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Responsible for generating demand and sales at K-12 Districts and schools in an assigned territory</li> <li>Provide in-person or virtual demonstrations to prospects</li> <li>Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close</li> <li>Overcome customer objections by demonstrating negotiation skills and ability to sell benefits not features</li> <li>Maintain a strong level of knowledge about our products and services</li> <li>Maintain a strong understanding of assigned territory, education vertical and competitive offerings</li> <li>Attend trade shows and in-market events</li> <li>Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets</li> <li>Build a pipeline through prospecting to support the busy season of our sales cycle which fluctuates with the school year</li> <li>Collaborate with the Customer Success team for after-sales support and to expand Classcraft’s customer base.</li> <li>Log all communications in CRM</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years of sales experience required</li> <li>Successful sales experience of technology to K12 institutions in the USA</li> <li>Proficient use of a CRM</li> <li>Excellent phone, written and verbal skills</li> <li>Travel requirements include travel to regional schools and periodic travel to train with the Classcraft team.</li> <li>Working proficiency with common software tools (G-suite, Office, etc);</li> <li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment;</li> <li>Comfortable working both autonomously as well as working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team;</li> <li>Pluses include a relevant degree (marketing, communication, education); strong appreciation of the value of gaming in today’s culture</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Three weeks of vacation per year, 2 days family leave, 2 days of sick leave</li> <li>Employee stock option plan</li> <li>Health coverage</li> </ul> Classcraft Atlanta GA
