Locations: Portland, Oregon, Denver, Colorado, Phoenix, Arizona OR Seattle, Washington

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with NICE inContact Sales Partners, identifying sales opportunities and building market share in the West SLED region. This position requires an individual contributor who will increase revenue streams in State and Local Government, as well as K-12 and Higher Education accounts. The primary focus will be on selling to government and education customers with contact centers supporting Citizen or Student Services.

As a Strategic Account Executive, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

  • Meets and exceeds assigned sales quota.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners.

  • Assist and support Sales partners in sales effort by participating in sales calls and closing efforts.

  • Maintain product knowledge by attending weekly trainings.

  • Attends tradeshows.

  • Travels as needed to maximize growth and revenue, while adhering to all NICE inContact travel policies and requirements.

  • If remote from NICE inContact headquarters, maintains appropriate home office within NICE inContact allowances.

  • Makes in person sales calls

  • Interacts with all levels of organization. Makes presentations as necessary to same.

  • Build trust and rapport with current and potential customers.

  • Regularly closes deals and builds future pipeline within or exceeding goals.

  • Completes all NICE inContact paperwork timely - expense reports, sales call logs, etc.

  • Regularly keeps direct supervisor apprised of issues and potential sales.

  • Travel required 50%.

To Land This Gig You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Marketing, Communications or similar field or equivalent work experience required.

  • 10 + years sales experience

  • Previous experience in telecom, call center, software or hardware industries

  • Highly professional demeanor - presence, voice

  • Demonstrated high level competency in written and verbal communications

  • Demonstrated success working with little to no direct daily supervision in a home office setting

Bonus Experience:

  • Sales Engineering experience

  • Telecom sales experience

  • SaaS experience

CarePort Strategic Sales Executive - Acute-to-Post-Acute Transitions of Care West Region * Net new and installed client sales of our CarePort solution set to hospitals & health systems* The primary purpose of this sales role is to cultivate Allscripts' CarePort business in untapped markets and within existing accounts. This sales executive will call on c-levels within hospitals & health systems as he/she promotes solutions that enhance care transitions from acute to post acute. Key call points include VP Pop Health, CFOs, CIOs, heads of ACOs with focus on value-based care. https://careporthealth.com Responsibilities Achievement of Annual sales order intake quotas/targets• Meets or exceeds the order intake target associated with the territory• Manages cost of sale vs. budget Provide timely and accurate forecasts• Accurately forecasts sales prospects according to product, time-line, and value• Communicates clearly and effectively with management regarding risks and upside Growth of pipeline• Identifies potential business opportunities (i.e. prospecting) Manages the strategic sales cycle• Engages Executives and other key stakeholders to develop new account opportunities• Creates a business solution consisting of services and software that uniquely addresses the customer's needs.
