This position calls for a person who is action oriented with an ability to think strategically while also maintaining a passion for tactical detail level execution. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by penetrating specific national accounts and promoting company manufacturing solutions to support customer goals. It will be critical to have a combination of sales skills, industry experience and analytical ability. The person will be equally comfortable working with buyers, engineers and C-Suite executive management.
Establishes strategic, productive and professional relationships with key decision makers in
assigned customer accounts
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, project completion and strategic
objectives with assigned accounts
Proactively leads a joint-strategic account planning process with accounts and company management that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs and ensure prompt
resolution, while coordinating the involvement of internal company resources
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Ultimately grow company's presence and increase revenue
Proven successful revenue growth of $1B+ organizations.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Experience: Five to eight years' previous sales in related industry, emphasis in custom parts manufacturing.
Stable record of accomplishment of employment of two or three employers over 10 to 15 years
Strong knowledge of custom parts manufacturing
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface and sell at all levels of management
Proven track record of developing relationships with clients, co-workers, vendors and business partners
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Financial projection skills
Ability to work independent of supervision and make decisions of wide variety and complexity
Organization and time management skills
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite basic software packages)
