Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare

Title: Strategic Account Executive - Healthcare. 

Territory: National Accounts, based in the East Coast. 

Company: Industry leader and innovator in non-chemical, medical grade sanitation products used in hospital and pharmacy settings.

Description: 

• Identify new business opportunities and deepen relationships with IDN and GPO accounts in the Healthcare industry nationwide, specializing in the Pharmacy setting. 
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Deliver growth in targeted IDN’s and contribute to the overall sales results.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to turn into mutual business improvements for the organization. 
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Continually monitor and collect sales data and develop action plans for sales strategy to create opportunities for the sales team.
• Actively lead, monitor and continually improve the overall sales process to ensure a successful productivity ramp to exceed revenue and commercial goals.
• Communicate regularly with all levels of the team to ensure all product knowledge, initiatives and trends are up-to-date.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years successful healthcare industry experience in similar Key Account Management role. 
• Experience with Pharmacy Managers a plus
• Completed 4-yr Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS)
• Strong understanding of healthcare market
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Compensation: $130k base salary (DOE)+ up to $30k annual bonus + full time employee benefits + up to 4 weeks PTO annually.
