The Sales Team at Feedonomics
The Feedonomics Sales Team is the conduit of every dollar of revenue and nearly every client. We are 100% remote around all U.S. time zones, and 3 countries and we sell 3 different product lines to new and existing clients. In this journey, we ally with Sales Engineering, SalesOps, Global Operations, Marketing, Product, and Accounting to ensure we are putting our best effort with every client we take on. The Role
The Strategic Account Executive at Feedonomics is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets by acquiring new business and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will be selling Feedonomics' suite of products, including advertising, Marketplace, and B2B solutions. Feedonomics is a leading provider of data and feed management products and services. The role primarily focuses on working with emerging enterprises and mid-market companies.
Feedonomics has partnerships with 30% of the top 1,000 online retailers and brands, such as Dell, Puma, and Ted Baker. Additionally, Feedonomics collaborates with globally recognized agencies like WPP.
The Responsibilities
You will be responsible for full sales cycle management across net new revenue acquisition through new logo acquisition (new sales) and account expansion (upgrades) in close collaboration with internal teams and partner organizations
You will manage pipeline generation efforts with significant support from marketing, partnerships, sales development, and biz dev resources
You will manage a pipeline of prospects, strategically coordinating different touchpoints to support a client's evaluation and purchasing process
You will manage a book of business comprised of brands, retailers, and performance marketing agencies, meeting with them on a cyclical basis to uncover and close new business opportunities
You will represent Feedonomics' unique selling proposition and speak lucidly about what differentiates us from competitors
Your goal is to engage these customers through a consultative approach in offering a solution that is best suited for their online Ecommerce business
You will participate in ad hoc projects to focus on specific lead or client subsets
You will need to collaborate with various departments to improve sales performance and to ensure that services promised during the sales process are appropriately fulfilled
The Requirements
3+ years in SaaS Enterprise Sales
eCommerce or adtech industry experience strongly preferred
Experience working remotely
Strong Project Management Skills
Ability to plan and manage a busy schedule
Travel Required up to 30%
Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, Challenger or another Professional Selling Structure
Excellent listening and communication skills, a high aptitude for understanding how business and software systems overlap, and a fearless approach to learnin
Experience carrying a quota and managing a pipeline of opportunities
Ability to understand a technical SaaS product
Strong consultative problem-solving approach to sales
Creative thinker that can help architect a solution to solve client problems
Ability to develop and present account growth strategies to management
Comfortable traveling to tradeshows and client meetings as needed
Comfortable bringing in partners from across our industry to help close a client with complex needs we can't directly solve
