Job Summary

This position is responsible for strategic oversight and retention for enterprise national accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and viewed as a trusted advisor. Develop understanding of client business strategy and identify innovative product solutions to balance costs with long-term health strategy.

This is a hybrid/flex position working three days per week in the office and two days per week remotely.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree AND 4+ years' experience in Healthcare Account Management OR 8+ years' experience in Healthcare Account Management

• Current state agent insurance license or are able to obtain within 90 days

• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in complex accounts

• Sales negotiation and conflict management skills

• Knowledge of health insurance industry, products, market trends and competitive landscape

• Analytical skills and presentation skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Strongly prefer at least 3 years of Medicare Advantage implementation, Acct Mgmt, sales
