While Glispa has had a local presence in San Francisco for the past 4 years, we are in the process of rebuilding our team and scaling the operations up in 2019. In this position, you will play a critical role in building the new team, culture, and brand identify in the Bay Area. Ready for your next adventure? The Client Services team manages an extensive portfolio of app-developers to ensure their User-Acquisition goals. Through building strong relationships and leveraging Glispa's unique product offering the Client Services team helps these apps expand their user base to new quality users while meeting their targeting needs. The team itself is as international as its client base - with Account Managers coming from every continent and with a variety of personalities contributing to an overall culture of positivity and teamwork.

Your Role:

  • Main POC for several key strategic accounts - Perform data analysis, campaign optimizations and budget control

  • Closely collaborate between Media/Distribution, Ad Operations and Business Intelligence teams

  • Identify new business opportunities by up-selling and crossing selling across several products within the Glispa suite of Ad-Tech solutions (Playables, Programmatic, Re-targeting, Branding, Monetization)

  • Ensure ongoing monthly client budgets are maintained, fulfilled and scaling.

  • Ongoing client communication and relationship building.

  • Actively participate in local industry events


  • 3 - 5 years of direct mobile advertising experience (specifically performance campaigns on a CPI, CPA, CPC model)

  • Have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to relate results to business objectives

  • Possess a strong work ethic and attention to details

  • Have good working knowledge in MS Excel, Mobile Attribution Platforms and CRMs (Salesforce / PipeDrive)

In this Strategic Account Director role, you will work as part of an account team responsible for driving growth, value, and partnership with our largest enterprise customer (8 figure revenue). On this account, you will work with fellow Customer Success professionals that succeed through collaboration, grit, and constant learning. You will also partner directly with the customer's leadership team through polished communication and strong executive presence, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor and advocate while seeking out opportunities for growth. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Build strong VP and executive relationships at the customer. * Manage a small team of Program managers. * Be a consultative trusted advisor for the customer by building in depth relationships and understanding the business goals and objectives * Measure value, and create a roadmap for increased value and upsell at the customer * Collaborate with engineering and product teams from Checkr and Client to establish and deliver shared product roadmap * Set up and drive executive business reviews at the customer * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Sales, Support and executives) to complete client goals and, in general, be the voice of the Client to provide visibility and/or escalations * Act as a strong voice and internal advocate for the customer What you bring: * 10+ years of consultative experience managing large enterprise relationships with deep technical/product needs. You have managed a $20M+ dollar book of business with your company's largest strategic clients. * Management experience ideally. * Ability to navigate large organizations' political landscape to maintain and expand relationships at all levels * Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner * You are flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment * You learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects * General knowledge of software applications i.e. Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Apps, etc. * You enjoy planning, adjusting, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team.
