Joint Venture Operations is a fast-paced, high growth division of Aetna. The department builds partnerships with provider organizations through innovative insurance reimbursement models and redesigned care delivery programs and technology solutions focused on population health management. We are redefining how payers and providers work together and achieving the triple aims of improved patient experience, improved quality of care, and lower cost of care per capita.

This role will be responsible for driving implementation of member marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns for our joint ventures.

Fundamental Components:

Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Implements member marketing programs and plans to support business objectives and joint venture goals.

Acts as an advisor and uses marketing skills to contribute to the development of strategic company objectives.

Utilizes data and analysis to develop and support segmentation and targeting strategies that drive customer behavior.

Supports integrated planning and Omni-channel campaigns that result in consistent customer experiences.

Provides thought leadership and direction for marketing solutions.

Collaborates with internal and external business partners to align on the strategy and ensure coordinated execution.

Provides project management support including development of workflows, project plans, issues/risks logs, and dashboards; tracking progress and communicates project status on a regular basis; actively reporting to all impacted parties and resolving issues

Provides accurate, timely and insightful analysis in response to ad hoc requests

5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field.

Experience in Product, Marketing, Brand Management, Agencies, or Consulting roles.

B2B and/or B2C experience.

Experience in program, project, and vendor management.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

In this role, you will be expected to analyze significant quantities of data from digital logins to the Online Banking platform to identify and stop fraud. The role will be responsible for several key areas: * Development of new fraud strategies using statistical and analytical techniques. Goal will be to identify and mitigate new and emerging fraud threats. * Identifying new sources of data (internal or vendor-provided) that can enrich our existing fraud detection processes, be added to our decision systems, and allow for new detection strategies to be developed. Will require close coordination with partners in Fraud Technology. * Optimization of existing detection strategies to determine areas where rules can be adjusted to decline fewer false positives and improve the ROI and overall performance of our fraud strategies * Development of both ad-hoc and more standardized reporting (MIS) * Development of relationship with business partners, particularly in Operations, Policy, Technology and Project Management Required Skills: * 2-4 years of experience with SAS/SQL preferred. * 2-4 years of analytical experience; strong preference working in financial services, particularly fraud or cyber security. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical. * Must have exceptional organizational, project management and communications skills. Desired Skills: * Bachelors degree is preferred. * Python knowledge is recommended Can be filled as Analyst II or Analyst III depending on skill set Enterprise Description: Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures.
