Palace Entertainment is a subsidiary of Parques Reunidos, one of the leading global operators, with more than 60 different assets (theme parks, zoos and marine parks, water parks and other attractions), spread out over various countries across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.

This position is responsible for providing smooth and efficient guest entry into the park with enthusiasm and energy to provide exceptional guest service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and being knowledgeable on various ticket promotions both online and at the gate

• Handling of all guest concerns including park information, compliments, and complaints received via phone or in person

• Ensuring guest concerns are handled in an efficient and timely matter with the primary focus of positive guest experiences.

• Represents the park with the utmost enthusiasm and pride while directly interacting with guests on a daily basis.

• Use point of sale computers accurately and efficiently

• Assist guests with scheduling reservations for ticketed shows and dinners within the park

• Set up season pass holder ID badges

• Secure Lost & found items in an organized manner

• Maintain a safe and clean work area

• Maintain wardrobe and personal appearance standard as mentioned in Team Member Handbook

• Willingness to learn multiple roles within the admissions department and sister departments

Requirements:

• 14 years or older

• Able to communicate and receive direction/instructions in English

• Able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time

• Capable of lifting 25 lbs and bending / squatting occasionally
