Stores Warehouse Stock-Keeper
Safely operates Powered Industrial Trucks by securing material prior to transferring to or from storage locations
Pulls inventory from storage locations based on a pick ticket system in SAP and stages for delivery
Checks incoming material staging area and restocks inventory using FIFO (first in first out)
Performs periodic stock issues and credits of material utilizing SAP
Determines proper storage location for new stocked materials and labels that location in the field as well as in SAP
Makes mail and material deliveries across the site
Assists with performing cycle counts on daily/weekly basis to ensure completion prior to year-end
Moves materials within the warehouses/surrounding yards and assist in other warehouse activities as directed
Provides good customer support for Site personnel
Maintains good housekeeping of the Stores Warehouses
At least 1 year of experience directly related to the tasks specified above preferred
High school diploma or GED
Working knowledge of SAP/R3
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Organizational skills with ability and desire to drive change with little to no direction
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to details
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Overall knowledge of industrial, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Must be able to physically meet job requirements; standing, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability and willingness to operate a lift on a daily basis with heights up to 30 ft. while wearing proper PPE
Working knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) and ability to obtain certification for handling of hazardous material shipments
Knowledge of industry safety practices and willingness to participate in advancing safety culture
Great attendance and ability to work independently
