You Will Stores MRP Controller responsibility and accountability includes, but is not limited to: Maintain a healthy and accurate stock inventory per maintenance and production requirements.Investigate inventory issues to ensure accurate lead times and mins/max in SAP.Collaborate with procurement operational officers to provide timely order fulfillment.Effectively communicate with suppliers/vendors to update lead time, price changes, and material descriptions.Manage and resolve issues with late purchase orders.Provide monthly report on MRP activities and inventory stock outs to management.Collaborate with Stores CSRs to ensure timely purchase order processing utilizing the Power BI PO Management tool.Attend monthly report meetings with the Stores manager.Work closely with the maintenance community to resolve inventory issues and expedite Stores stock.Conduct daily Webcycle audits and approve for invoice payment.Conducts audits and analytical reporting to track KPIs and drive performance improvement as needed. What We Look for in You

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 1-2 manufacturing industrial related experience Excellent decision-making skills Technological proficiency Negotiation skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of SAP R3.

Experience in inventory management. This position requires all candidates to either currently possess or obtain and maintain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Card from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Provides engineering support to the maintenance organization to allow the plant to meet its cost and production goals. Perform the primary thinking encompassed by this job description. Comply with all Company policies and procedures. Fully support Company goals of continuous improvement and operational excellence at strategic and tactical levels including reviewing area of responsibility for improvement opportunities to initiate projects or communicate ideas to management as well as active participation on project teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Develops the general plan for a project, prepares a budget estimate, and obtains approval for the plan. B. Provides a detailed design in accordance with good engineering and safety practices, governmental regulation, plant specifications, applicable codes and underwriter requirements. Designs piping and associated equipment, makes inquiries on and selects equipment. Coordinates the activities of consulting firms when necessary. C. Initiates procurement of materials and communicates with purchasing, vendors and stores to control expediting and receiving of material. D. Inspects new equipment for quality and conformance to specification. F. Prepares work descriptions and drafts of engineering contracts for outside contract work, contacts contractors as necessary to obtain quotations on work to be performed. Prepares bid comparison, selects contractor, prepares requisition and submits for approval. G. Coordinates field installation, inspects and accepts work. Prepares contractors information list and reviews it periodically to check the performance of each contractor. Performs other duties as required and assigned to ensure an effective Engineering Group. Perform duties in a manner that protects personal safety as well as the safety of all personnel on site. Whenever appropriate, promptly report Safety, Health or Environmental incidents or issues to management so the situation can be corrected. Attend Monthly Safety Meetings to help prevent off site and job accidents. QUALIFICATIONS 2 years or more engineering design experience; chemical or petrochemical plant experience preferred.
