We are searching for a Storefront Customer Experience & Marketing Manager focused on Campaign Management and Storefront Customer Experience (CX) for the streaming video on demand business. The role will help improve our digital video business and create innovative and engaging customer experiences across our website, mobile devices, and connected living room devices.
The Storefront CX & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by overseeing and influencing campaign management for Prime Video Channels content; as well as crafting plans for targeting and launching seasonal promotional campaigns; and influencing messaging, content segmentation, and customer segmentation strategies to increase engagement rates across our customer base. The Storefront CX & Marketing Manager will also build the business case and influence new product features in partnership with the product and technical teams. The Storefront CX & Marketing Manager works closely with internal teams and across multiple functional areas including product management, product marketing, media, vendor management, design and marketing.
In this role the Storefront CX & Marketing Manager will be an advocate for Prime Video Channels content, with an eye for compelling merchandising and promotions, an aptitude for data-analysis, and a passion for continuous content testing. This role will hold a high bar for measurement of storefront marketing and engagement activities, and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working effectively in a deadline-driven work environment.
Our Storefront CX & Marketing Manager responsibilities will include:
Working closely with engineering to test and roll out new features, and influence overall product roadmap.
Partnering with our marketing and content acquisition teams to craft and execute promotional events and bespoke content launches.
Contributing to the development and testing of new customer-facing product features.
Identifying opportunities for content efficiency and automation and working cross-functionally to implement them.
Campaign/Content ownership of multiple series and movie launches, partnering closely with cross-functional marketing managers and launch leads to deliver results.
Creating, scheduling and QAing individual content campaigns to the Prime Video homepages across website, living room devices and mobile devices, including regular new content launches and seasonal promotional campaigns.
Optimizing storefront content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices.
Analyzing data to identify customer segmentation strategies to utilize when launching promotions on our storefront or when informing algorithms to automate and scale our efforts.
