Specializing in authentic German souvenirs, including Black Forest Cuckoo Clocks, Incense Smokers, Nutcrackers, Beer Steins, Christmas Pyramids, Ornaments, and more, we offer a rich selection of treasures from Germany. Additionally, we delight our customers with a diverse array of German Gourmet Food and Sweets.

Who We're Looking For:

Are you a dynamic, reliable, and friendly individual who thrives on customer interaction? We're seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

While retail sales experience is preferred (2-3 years), it's not essential. Knowledge of German language and culture would be a bonus.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Welcoming customers with a friendly demeanor

Assisting customers in finding and purchasing merchandise

Providing information about our products and services

Operating the point-of-sale system for efficient checkouts

Acquiring comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively

Supporting warehouse operations by unloading shipments and organizing stock

Maintaining neat and organized merchandise displays

Tagging merchandise and setting up promotional displays

Ensuring the store's presentation and cleanliness meet our standards

Opening and closing the store following company procedures

Key Details:

Hours per Week: 30-40

Work Schedule: Evenings, Weekends and Holidays as needed

Paid Training Provided

Pay Frequency: Monthly

Management: Store Manager

Shifts: Fixed schedules

Employees per Shift: 5 or fewer

Typical Start Time: 10AM

Typical End Time: 6PM
