As a Store Lead,you will be a trusted advisor to customers who works with them to identifytheir needs and helps to resolve parts or equipment issues with sale of qualityparts and solutions offerings. As a lead, your role is also responsible for theoverall store/facility and warehouse management.
Activelyengages with both counter customers and phone customers to fully identifyneeds, respond to inquiries or questions, and offer timely quality solutions.
Engageswith every customer when they enter store, before they reach the counter ("10ft /10 seconds in store" rule of engagement).
Drivessales by having maintaining current knowledge of all portfolio offerings anddemonstrate technical knowledge of parts to provide customer value propositionsand drive sales
Increasessales by identifying related products or add on extensions needs and makingcustomers aware of product promotions and adding lines to parts orders.
Figuresout the best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction whileadhering to company policies.
Occasionallyvisits external customers to better understand their needs and potential salesopportunities in future.
Maintainconstant awareness of local market pricing and product trends, collaboratingwith the Retail Ops Leader to develop actions to demonstrate opportunities forgrowth and addressing pressures from competition.
Leadoverall implementation of product and vendor promotions and customer events.
Ensuresportfolio for the store and showroom is kept current and incorporates localcustomer needs to ensure high availability of sales.
Makesoutbound calls including marketing new products.

Executequote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expeditethe fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.
Responsiblefor cash management process including reconciliation; approves overrides.
Responsiblefor showroom appearance.
Developand execute annual operating plans for store. Prepare and analyze businessforecasts and reports, conduct audits and reviews to ensure business processand financial compliance.
Workwith the Retail Ops Leader to recommend potential alignment with other SBUs formarket penetration.
Responsiblefor achieving store sales goals objectives including customer and vendorevents.
Conductmarket price and product needs analyses and recommends new product offerings toRetail Ops Leader.
Addressand resolve facility issues and run store operations to ensure follow through,productivity and quality in standard work and processes.
Insurecompliance with Company safety programs. procedures; conduct safety audits;ensure required training compliance and conduct safety training as needed, andreinforce a strong safety culture.
Completetraining as required, including safety training, certification and testing.
Responsiblefor maintaining required daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Responsiblefor will calls.
Maydelivers parts to customer locations or job sites.
Filingof M/S's, freight bills of lading, equipment packing slips, etc. for inventoryreconciliation and audit purposes.
Responsiblefor monitoring/auditing all product returns and warranty transaction/claimactivity.
Flexibilityto work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
This job has nosupervisory responsibilities.
We are lookingfor a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required plusminimum of 2 years of inside sales, retail or related experience. HVAC sales orrelated HVAC experience is beneficial. A mechanical aptitude and backgroundwill be helpful in this role. Proven experience in building customerrelationships.
Validatedsales and customer service skills.
Havea strong instinct to act, a strong teammate and be able to maintain a highenergy level even with challenging situations or customers.
Astrong knowledge and comfort level with computers is necessary. Programs usedinclude Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiencyin an inventory management system or retail sales program a plus.
