JOB TITLE: Store Team Lead

Do you have experience in retail? Do you enjoy providing high-quality services to customers through efficient sales and effective merchandising?

This position is responsible for providing high-quality services to customers through efficient sales and effective merchandising in a pleasant and clean retail environment. This position also directs floor activates, monitors registers, and completes daily sales report.


  • High School graduate/GED or equivalent work experience required

  • Strong leadership skills and must be able to train, develop and motivate staff

  • Previous retail experience preferred

About This Role: The Team Lead, Vendor Customer Success manages a team of three to five customer success professionals with a minimum of two years of business experience, focused on delivering value to Forrester's largest vendor accounts by orchestrating customer journeys, driving engagement strategies, organizing deliverables, and managing the health and retention of these clients. Responsibilities * Manages, leads, mentors, and trains a team of customer success managers, providing real-time, detailed guidance and feedback. * Takes a disciplined approach to process and operations, through high levels of direct observation, inspection, and analytics to maintain internal and external SLAs. * Is accountable for the team's metrics and KPIs. * Understands Forrester's sales process and utilizes Forrester's sales support systems and sales methodologies to execute on account engagement plans and collaborate with CE partners. * Acts as a role model and leader within the customer success organization. Promotes a "can do" attitude and a collaborative, positive environment for team members to learn and develop. * Advises customer success managers on account engagement strategy, tools and technology functionality, ecosystem guidance, and learning and development. * Maintains full fluency in Forrester's suite of products and services and how they are sold to deliver customer value in the marketplace. * Reports progress and areas for growth to the customer success leadership team. * Develops and trains team members for current and future growth opportunities. Qualifications * A proven track record in a client-facing role, driving client engagement, handling difficult situations and challenges, and delivering exceptional client service, e.g., within a professional services organization (four to eight years). * Experience serving as a successful mentor to other team members. * Direct or indirect sales fluency; understands what drives sales organizations and how sales organizations are measured. * Coordinate and present team and individual trainings and organize all-hands meetings with timely and impactful topics. * Provide assistance and organization with team projects and reports. * Strong business acumen and professional demeanor; leads by example. * The ability to train on the processes and systems that drive the CS business. * Strong, high-level relationship skills. Able to thrive in a team environment, interact with peers, and understand and communicate on the executive vision. * Exceptional attention to detail; strong discipline for process and operations. * Experience providing guidance and feedback with empathy to build a high-performance culture through the development of the individuals whom they mentor. * The ability to absorb and grasp new concepts quickly (such as rapid advancements in the business technology industry) and enable others based upon their understanding. * Agile with a demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and coach team members through change.
