What You Do

  • Responds to all calls and emails within 24 business hours.

  • Liaison with traffic department, cushion plant, visual team, marketing, and accounting departments to assist with store needs and communicates all appropriate information from these partners to the stores.

  • Ensure stores complete open order and stuck open order report weekly and cascade to regionals.

  • Partners with supervisor and the Regional Directors of Retail to address store concerns and needs.

  • Creates sales report tracking for stores and licensees and sends out daily sales reports to needed parties.

  • Processes all visual Supply Chain Transfers for store product.

  • Generates POs for 3rd party accessories based on the visual team seasonal orders.

  • Partners with visual team for reorders from stock to maximize business in each store.

  • Generate and track sales reports to send to retail leadership.

  • Process retail RMA's.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

  • Minimum of 1year in a customer service environment required; furniture or apparel industry preferred; past supervisory experience strongly preferred.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and great listening ability.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stores and corporate employees.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.

  • Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Syspro (ERP) software experience preferred.

  • Experience with general office equipment including multi-line telephone, fax, desktop computer, copier, printer.

  • 40-hour schedule with overtime expected during special events. Hours will vary depending on business needs but generally will align with 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
