Position Purpose:

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services.

Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. Whether directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering customer questions on product order status, handling cash management or program compliance, these positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision, be detail-oriented, and have proven time management skills.

They must demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times, respond to operational concerns of all associates and remain focused on store specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include: Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, Customer Service Representative, Door Monitor Associate and Associate Coordinator.

This position isresponsible for responding to support requests and assisting with NetworkAdministration tasks. Duties alsoinclude installing and configuring workstations, phones and applications alongwith monitoring the local and wide area network ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include thefollowing. Other duties may be assigned. * First response to support requests via phone andemail. * Create and update tickets for support requests * Escalates support requests when appropriate * Maintains and troubleshoots company supported physicaland virtual PCs & Servers, standard and virtual applications, hardware andvirtual infrastructure * Assist with administration of LAN at all banklocations, including user access, printing, phones and network applications,along with monitoring network connections and servers * Maintains hardware and software shipping, receivingand inventory, including: Onsiteassistance, and prompt delivery as necessary * Maintains hardware, software, license and mediainventory * Assists Network Security with testing, documentation,maintenance, and escalation of network events SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisoryresponsibilities. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE Must have completed 2 yearsof college in an IT, Computer Science or related program; or equivalentcombination of education and experience LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze,and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technicalprocedures, or governmental regulations; Ability to write reports, businesscorrespondence, and procedure manuals; Ability to effectively presentinformation and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers,and the general public MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculatefigures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,percentages, area, circumference, and volume; Ability to apply concepts ofbasic algebra and geometry REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, ordiagram form; Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variablesin standardized situations CERTIFICATES, LICENSES,REGISTRATIONS Microsoft or CompTIAtechnology certifications beneficial and preferred, but not required PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demandsdescribed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
