Requirements

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in various departments, providing product information and recommendations.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

• Assist with checkout processes, including operating cash registers and handling payments.

• Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise for multiple departments

• Keep sales floors, fitting rooms, and other store areas clean and orderly.

• Fill in for absent employees in different departments as needed.

• Quickly adapt to the specific procedures and needs of each department.

• Provide support during peak sales periods and special promotions in various areas of the store.

• Work effectively with store management and team members to achieve store objectives.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about store policies and procedures.

• Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous retail, customer service, or related experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Flexibility to work in different departments and adapt to varying job functions.
